Coffee Subscription Terms

Coffee Cartel subscriptions are flexible, rolling subscriptions. There is no minimum subscription period, no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee.

Customers can pause, skip, change or cancel their subscription at any time before their next payment is processed.

Subscription prices

Our current subscription prices are:

Subscription customers save up to around 19%, depending on the selected bag size, compared with a one-off purchase.

All displayed prices include standard UK delivery. Coffee Cartel currently delivers to UK addresses only.

Payments and order release

Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency selected when you subscribe.

Each subscription order is released for processing after the scheduled payment has been successfully collected.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment. Delivery will usually take place on the next working day after dispatch, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Managing your subscription

To make any of the following changes, email sales@coffee-cartel.co.uk from the email address connected to your subscription and we'll take care of it:

• Pause your subscription
• Skip your next delivery
• Change your coffee
• Change your bag size
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your payment details
• Cancel your subscription

Please send your request before your next scheduled payment date so we can action it in time.

Cancelling

You may cancel your subscription at any time without paying a cancellation fee.

Cancellation prevents all future subscription payments and deliveries. It does not automatically cancel an order for which payment has already been collected.

Because subscription orders are released for processing following payment, please make any changes before your next scheduled payment.

If payment has already been taken, contact sales@coffee-cartel.co.uk immediately. We will try to stop the order if it has not entered dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are not affected.

Managing renewals

Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you change or cancel it. To pause, skip, change or cancel, contact sales@coffee-cartel.co.uk before your next payment date and we'll action it in time.

Customers remain responsible for keeping their email address and payment details up to date.

Price changes

If we change a subscription price, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email.

You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. We will not charge the new price without providing advance notice.

Delivery

Subscription delivery is available to UK addresses only.

Standard UK delivery is included in the displayed price, with no additional standard delivery charge at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible order, contact sales@coffee-cartel.co.uk before sending it back.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Returned coffee must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact sales@coffee-cartel.co.uk with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Where Coffee Cartel is responsible, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it and contact you to update your payment details.

The subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.
